I don't know if it is still in print, but Oak Publications (Bless 'em)published a book, "Folk Songs of the Americas" edited by A.L. Loyd and Isabel Aretz de Ramon y Rivera (you gotta love some of those Hispanic names). Actually the last line of the Author, title, etc. says "for the International Folk Music Council". It is a great collection of songs, beginning with Canada and ending with Uruguay. All of the non-English songs have translations.
Finding it may be a bit of a problem. Ask Joe Offer. He's put me on the track of books I thought I'd never find.
