There's a simple but effective Appalachian version on Folk-Legacy's "The Traditional Music of Beech Mountain, North Carolina, Vol. 2" (CD-23). I collected it from Lena Armstrong, who sings it on the recording, while she was living in Poteau, Oklahoma. She has since returned to her home on Beech Mountain. Sandy
