I went to Lichfield from Lancashire for the weekend, to see Brass Monkey. Maybe 120 miles each way? That's about as far as I would be prepared to go for a single act. I've been to Sidmouth (300 mile?)for a festival but wouldn't repeat that particular trip.

Is this thread (partly) going to be a repeat of the US/UK attitude to travel?
