Expecting righteous folkish wrath, but here goes anyway. I am compiling (for obscure enviro reasons) songs about rain, and have been unable to find any way of locating the title or singer of a famous pop song of the 60's which goes, "Listen to the rhythm of the falling rain, telling me just what a fool I've been, for little did she know that when she left that day, along with her she took my heart". For some reason, it just won't be found. I am sure somebody will know this, so could you just sneak it in here to me while no one is watching? I think there might even be a more recent version, by somebody like (but not) Michael Bolton. It is driving me a little crazy. I have tried Billboard charts, search engines, etc. No luck. Anyone? Yours, Peter
