Sourdough, thanks for the stories. I've been a fan of Hoagy Carmichael's music for a lot of years but knew very little about him. This is a great thread. Peter T, I can only trash Georgia on my Mind when I try to finger pick the melody. Truth be told, I trash any tune that I try to finger pick. I'd better stick to chords and background rhythms ... that I can do passably. Bob
