Dear sir, I wish to appologise for the inconvineiance that you have suffered due to the problems with the plumbing at our Hotel. Let me assure you that we are doing everything possible to make repairs but as you can imagine, with such a beautiful old building we sometimes have to work round a problem in order to get to a solution.
