The last 2 postings remind me of a time when my late mother, not the greatest knitter in the world, knitted me a jumper from a pattern in a magazine with a cowboy on a rearing horse on the front.
Unfortunately she started his tail in brown wool too soon, realised her mistake but could't be bothered to unpick it so the completed pattern had this small line of brown underneath the horse's rear end.
