Speaking of debt load, I had $300 left to pay on my student loan but when I moved out of NY state we both lost track of one another. NYSSMA the generous state educational loan people then parlayed that $300 by selling it from bank to bank until now - when they claim with interest and fees I owe $40,038.14 on that $300.
