Why not , I do wear socks and sandals all the time, besides there is a wonderful dress sandals ade by very well known designers so why not? out for dinner dressed in black trousers ,nice shirt and black socks with a paur of dress sandals look pretty cool. I think it depends much on the whole look of a man, some men look cool in sandals and socks others don't. I even was told by a babe thats it is a very manly look :) .
