Here is man, who despite his cultural backround and geographic location, fell in love with music so full of passion and intensity that he dedicated his entire life to it. And what better way to celebrate his love of this music than to pay homage to the man which he regards as his inspiration. I love the album and hope that "God" will continue to release music that continues in the fashion of the forefathers of this great genre of music. And quite frankly those who disagree can go screw themselves. Yes, he cleaned it up, yes, he has a talented backup band, but so what, this is his way of expressing his gratitude the late great Robert Johnson. And as far as I'm concerned, who better to lay down these classic tracks than a man who can make his guitar cry like no other.
