Dean, I really hope Sandy's lead helps you out. I'm awestruck. I really thought Kipling's story was little more than a literary curiosity that might point to something more interesting. I never dreamed it would provide such an incredible demonstration of the persistence and power of oral traditions carried through successive generations.
