Right you are RangerSteve The damn things are multiplying here in the Midwest faster than mosquitos and are just about as welcome,unless of course you happen to be of urban planner persuasion. We still can't get half the people in the state to get out of the left hand lane if they're going 50 MPH on the interstate,and now they're supposed to figure out how to get on and off these circle-thingies?
