Does it matter? Here's one of the posts to a thread I was involved in on uk.music.folk. "I'm thinking in particular at this moment of one of our greatest folk balladeers, one of our feistyist national commentators, Harri Webb, who throughout his life insisted that people should take his words and sing them, spread his message, perpetuate them.., for brilliant words they are. Unfortunately, before his death, Harri assigned his rights to former Welsh Arts Council literary director Meic Stephens.
