There are several options. 1. Return the guitar for a refund. If you are primarily a flatpicker, there are many guitars that might suit your purpose better. 2. Is there a local luthier who you'd trust to fix it? Straightening a neck is a not a job for us amateurs. 3. If you need to send it away for repairs, one option is to ask Bryan Kimsey on the Flatpick-L mailing list. He has a good reputation among American flatpickers, for repairs to guitars. He's in New Mexico, I believe.
