I don't know what made me think of this tonight, but somehow the only line from this a parody of Streets of Laredo that Paul Clayton used to sing when he ran the Sunday night folk shows at the Showboat Lounge in Washington in the early 1960s started running through my head. It's all I ever could remember. Does anyone know the whole song?
