The song appeared in a Mel Bay publication: Kenny Hall's Music Book: Old-Time Music for Fiddle and/or Mandolin byVicki Mende Gray and Kenny Hall (Out of Print according to Thin Man Music and at least one other site I looked at, but you might be able to find a copy (The Thin Man Music site has a contents list for the book but it's not clear if the words are there or not).

Kenny Hall is listed as the composer there, and if you're intending to sing it with him perhaps he could give you the words himself (I'm assuming he's still alive - I can't see any reference to his death - though these days that's not always required to sing with someone). Or is this a surprise?
