Folk Music is as the blood flowing through your veins it twists and turns but always manages to enter the heart and mind. Folk Music is the essence of all musical styles and cultures and defines modal and textural qualities that have prevailed for centuries. It is the music of the oppressed and the music of the bourgeousie. The music of Church and Stadium, the music of you and me.Folk Music is both dated and timeless and everything in between and if you want it to be a sedative I am sure it will be. Sweet Dreams.
