Hey Sooz, I'm doing my "modified Subway diet" now too! I've done it in the past, and it works best for me. I combine Weight Watchers and Subway, but end up going for the things I like. A small breakfast - cinnamon toast, juice, cereal, whatever. Subway for lunch! (usually roast chicken breast on Honey Oat Bread with lots of veggies and BANANA PEPPERS - chips - diet drink) WW French Bread Pizza for supper. (add extra cheese, green peppers, tomatoes, onion) Snacks - pretzels, graham crackers, fruit, one Coca Cola (the real thing) I saw a special on Jared. His appartment at college was near a Subway, so it was very convenient. I'll have to agree that it's cheaper to make a sandwhich at home, but somehow it's just not as good. I think one reason this works for me is because I get hungry early in the day, but not at night. Many times I go to Subway at 10:30 in the morning.
