This is the REAL Vince Wilding, who knows that
Wincing Devil is an anagram of
Vince Wilding.

If you get a rather cryptic IM or email from me, telling you to go to a GeoCities page ending in "stvhng" DO NOT GO THERE! It's brings up a page that looks exactly like a Yahoo Sign-in page, but it takes your User_id and password and sends them, literally, to the Czech Republic. I consider myself rather e-adroit, but I fell for this one. I've sent notice to the folks at Yahoo, but when last I checked, the page was still there.
(Yes, I've already changed my password!)

What drew my suspision was that I entered my password, and the screen just reappeared. After the 2nd try, I did a "View Source" and saw that the form was being submitted to a server in the Czech Republic (www.mailform.cz)

Also, the following comment was in the source:

Back to the Main Forum Page

By clicking on the User Name, you will requery the forum for that user. You will see everything that he or she has posted with that Mudcat name.

By clicking on the Thread Name, you will be sent to the Forum on that thread as if you selected it from the main Mudcat Forum page.

By clicking on the Subject, you will also go to the thread as if you selected it from the original Forum page, but also go directly to that particular message.

By clicking on the Date (Posted), you will dig out every message posted that day.

Try it all, you will see.
