Here's some help info if you're having trouble getting it to work. YOU CLICKED A YELLOW ICON, BUT NO WINDOW APPEARED! If you clicked on a yellow speaker button but nothing at all happened, you may have a pop-up blocker that is not allowing the Live365 Player Window to open. Try holding down the "Control" button while clicking the icon or link. YOU SEE THE WORD "UNDEFINED" EVERYWHERE IN THE PLAYER WINDOW If you see the word "undefined" appearing several times inside the Player Window, than your Norton Firewall is blocking Live365 content. YOU ARE GETTING A ERROR THAT LOOKS LIKE "PLA-200009" If you are getting a PLA-200009 error, than you may be behind a personal or corporate firewall. Contact your network administrator to allow you to access Live365 stations. You can enter proxy information at: http://help.live365.com/bin/answer.py?answer=30&topic=1 YOU HAVE TO LOG IN OVER AND OVER ... OR, YOU ARE SEEING MESSAGES REGARDING ENABLING COOKIES If you are asked to repeatedly log-in or are seeing messages regarding enabling cookies, you may need to adjust your browser settings.
