Bill D: Bantu is a whole language family, which includes Zulu, Xosha, Kongo, Swahili, Ruanda, etc. It is therefore possible that this is in some other Bantu language, and that that language shares enough words with Zulu so that Tokoloshe recognizes the ones the two languages have in common. My wife speaks Ovambo and Swahili, both Bantu languages. I'll see if she can make sense of it!
