mandoleer What instruments do you have? (129* d) RE: What instruments do you have? 27 Apr 05

Ye gods - I thought I was bad!
Several Rahma descant recorders, plus sopranino and Aulos piccolino, and when I find them, treble and tenor as well.
2 Susato high D whistles, one low D Susato, and a crap Clarke tin whistle.
Tabor pipes - one Susato, one unidentifiable and probably unplayable.
Antoria mandolin.
100 year old 11 inch head mandolin banjo.
Mandolin balalaika - beware, if I get that out I'm going to sing!
Panpipes.
Pianica and melodica, and D and G harmonicas.
Fluier.
Portable keyboards.
M'bira (or calimba - not quite sure which if any difference).
Tenor banjo.
Derbuka, djembe and dumbek.
Soprano drum.
11 inch snare drum, and full size snare drum.
2 bodhrans (when I get one back!).
Temple blocks, wood block, claves, eggs, sleigh bells, etc.
Ordinary tambourines, and sort of baritone tambourine.
Tuneable tabors.
Autoharp (in bits, I'm afraid).
Fandur.
Sort of gourd shaped thing with finger board and four strings.
Flat box thingy with 12 strings - shaped like zither, but more palm size.
Bb and A clarinets.
Ocarina (full size).
Strange thing with a mouthpiece on one little tube and finger holes on a bigger tube.
Another strange thing - all one piece but with two tubes with finger holes on them. Doesn't seem to work...
Whistle thing supposedly in D (comes from India, I think, and seems to have finger holes burned into it - very cheap from market).
Gong (three foot across).
Kazoos.
Swannee whistle (cheap and nasty).
Fife (out on loan).
[0 (zero) guitars or pianos.]
