Well, here it is again, half term and time for the BIG BARROW SESSION ,Tuesday week - 1st June - at the Six Bells, Barrow on Humber, North Lincs. Everyone who has been there knows how excellent it is, topped by the presence of young players - the youngest so far six years old, and leading a set! Come one, come all, players and singers, it's sure to be a great one, don't miss it!
I've just come back from a most pleasant session at the Brigg Fiddle Fest, and more than one person there said how jealous they were that we had such a lot of excellent traditional music around here. Keep going to sessions, keep it live, keep the tradition and KEEP THE YOUNG ONES COMING ON!
