This is a song by Naomi Shemer written about a very beautiful spot on the south side of the Sea of Galilee.
Also known as On The Jordan.
Sorry I don't have a proper translation as of yet.
The melody resembles the second part of Rory Dall's Sister's Lament:

Kshe'Ima ba'a hena yafa u'tze'ira

When Mother came here all beautfil and young
Father on the hilltop built her house
Springs have gone by, half a century past
And the curls all turned grey

But on Jordan's shore it's as if time remained the same
The same old stillness the same old scenery
The Grove of Eucalyptus
The Bridge
The Boat
And the scent of saltwort wafting over the waters
