I was concerned to note that at a pub in which Sessions are regularly held, an application was posted on the window for regulated entertainment "restricted to 2 entertainers". When asked the landlord said "its the Brewery. Don't worry, you can play in the back room in private". The back room is the only way to the toilets! It shows ignorance of the Act by Brewery and publican. Why restrict yourself to the present regime?
