Whilst the title of this thread is doubtlessly couched in unfortunate terms, it does raise some salient points.
As a huge Beatles fan, I listen, I read, I hear and I consume gossip about the band, almost 30 years after their demise.
For good or bad, I'm more interested in George Harrison's life than I am with the man or woman who lives a few doors down the street, and certainly those who live a few streets away...
I can understand those who feel agreived by the suggestion that George's stabbing was 'their' fault.
I do however think that you are generally missing 'Germs' point.
If none of us had ever bought a Betles record, George would not have been stabbed today.
Of course, this does not mean that we are personally guilty.
