Well Sorcha I find yor sweeping and bitter statement flabberghasting. Were I to say all cops are dumb or all fiddle players are stupid it would be the quivalent of what you posted, firstly it would be a lie and secondly it would be mean spirited in the extreme. I don't know how Americans would feel if the British criticised American Football, or baseball, but I guess it would be about the same as Brits feel about your picking on their national game. I suggest you stick to making comments about things you know something about, and stop spoiling other folks joy with silly sweeping statements.
