Lizzie writes about gangs of drunken youths and teenage girls roaming Sidmouth at night with knives and other weapons. "Even during Folk Week there were gangs of young teenagers over by The Ham drunk out of their minds". Not the best advertising for Sidmouth Folk Week. Hardly likely to attract new visitors to next year's event.
