Yes indeed, there's much happening in music and dance over the next few weeks. What direction does your interest lead you? There's a contra dance
Friday night with local NY folks, and the Vermont band Nightengale is playing for another contra dance Saturday night. Then they'll be playing
for the Bound For Glory Show on Sunday. This is a *free* folk music concert (three sets 8:30, 9:30, and 10:30) which happens every Sunday evening when Cornell is in session. There should be at least two shows during your Tioga County sojourn. Music also happens at Juna's cafe
and other places around town. If you're up for a jam, there's one happening in Vestal this Saturday night.
Leaving Nov. 7th? You'll just miss the Eric Bogel concert sponsored
by the Cornell Folk Song Society. Too bad, it should be great.
