Hull City Council is run by a bunch of idiots, they waste thousands each year , printing pointless leaflets on diversity and other assprted bullshit. {\|How to talk to a coloured person, How to talk to an old person, How to talk to a woman, or a gay person} how much does all this shite cost???? no wonder my council tax is a small fortune!!!
