Peace - I don't think that's very sad... very cynical, naybe. Of course, I'm lucky enough to get great foot massages. Time completely alone with no other matters bugging me to be dealt with is a bit more difficult to find or make right now.

However, right now there's no-one else in the apartment, and I really am enjoying this half hour foruming in the lovely silence, even though there's a million other things I *should* be doing.

Why is it so hard to justify taking even 30 minutes off for mental health? *sigh*
