Oscar Schmidt (U.S. Music, which also has Washburn)has a big problem with quality control. The company is poorly run. On autoharps, you can get a great harp from either Goldtone or Music Link. They're a lot cheaper too. On OS autoharps, plan on some time to do set-up, when you receive the harps. Thanks!!!
