BTW, the first line of the fourth verse should read: "Lahinch and Enistymon, Liscanor and Kilkee" ...Enistymon being a town just north of Miltown Malbay in Co Clare. The spelling here is a puzzle, though. I know one of the problems in spelling English is the single-double letter confusion, but here the confusion is magnified. Apparently both Enistymon and Liscanor are both also spelled with double n's: Ennistymon and Liscannor. I spelled them with the single n because that's the way they appeared on my Bartholomew Map. (Maybe I should look at an Irish map, eh?) Any comments on this issue? Is one preferable? Why the difference? Cheers, David
