The version of Gil Morice posted here on the Digital Tradition has 46 4-line verses. Each pair of consecutive lines has 14 syllables and, in many cases, the two lines flow together, so the song is essentially 92 14-syllable lines. On rare occasions, I sing "The True History of Mary Anne Talbot", a song I wrote that's almost twice as long: 168 14 syllable lines. Unaccompanied, it takes about 17 minutes to sing. If you look here, you will find links to a lead sheet (.pdf format) and corresponding MIDI files.
