Not only can GWB not string together a coherent sentence, but neither could his father. I've long thought that Yale University should lose its accreditation over the lousy way these two alumni mangle the English language. Yale has graduated a fair number of brilliant writers and speakers over the years, it should never have let these guys slip through.
