Bob said that he heard the tune for the song on an album of scotish or Irish folkosngs (I can't remember) at Joan Baez' house in Monterey. He said that it was just a beautiful melody and it had no words... so lyrics are most likely of no use to others trying to find it. That's all the information I have so, good luck!
