New Venue for Music and Poems Session, the lovely rural Plough Pub in Staining, Nr Blackpool. Lancashire UK.

Everyone welcome sing, play, recite or listen.

The Landlord is supporting Penny Black's A.R.C. (Arthritis Research Campaign) Collection and the locals are in full support.

The first impromptu session was last night, when we called into the pub for an after practise imbibe and were cajoled into singing a couple of songs (2.5 Hrs worth) - word got around an we were joined by the drummer from "Loose Chippings" the excellent vocals of Lorraine Murphy (singer/guitarist) and Bob Dobson (Poet, Lancashire Historian, publisher) who hovered ready as always with his quick witted asides, a great time was had by all and a weekly session insisted upon by Regulars, Staff and Landlord - we had no choice :0) they even had a whip around for ARC raising £25.00.

So if you're in the area one Tuesday Night, pop in give us a song, play a while, recite a poem or just enjoy sitting back with a drink and listening.
