THe house in Riegelsville which we are trying to sell is on a 30' bluff and not affected by water. For the third time in two years we can describe it as "river view" since the river now covers US 611. Flood was 2' higher than Sept 2004 and a foot lower than April 2005, according to NOAA reports. Meanwhile our new house in Oxford remains dry and sound. The Brandywine flooded yesterday but is now back within its banks and US 1 is said to be open again. PETE
