I dunno. I'm not deeply concerned about the fact that they perform parodies, just that they perform them badly. I've known a lot of musicians who are a fair hand at parody, and some parodies are funny and some parodies are not, and it is my understanding that as long as no substantial money is being made off the lyrics, arrangement or performance, there is no legal issue (I Am Not A Lawyer). It also doesn't concern me what they wear. I wouldn't care if a singer wore clingfilm or sackcloth, as long as they were good. I am just surprised at the size of their apparent fanbase, though I am beginning to have faith that there are more people out there like me after seeing the last few posts to this thread.
