So the upshot is that private events are not allowed in the folk world and if they are discovered then it is imperative that they be invaded and perhaps spoiled and lost forever because we all feel it is not 'folkie'to have a private event! Answers - politely please. But that is how many of the above posts read. I am playing a ceilidh for a wedding aniversay this year if it becomes an annual event - should this become a public event too! Please qualify the terms under whcih we can all do what we wish without fear of repercussions form teh folk mafia! Andy XXXXX
