Duckboots, I was diagnosed with depression in high school and placed on Zoloft. I stopped taking it four days later.... four days without a minute of sleep. I took Paxil once, and threw up. I use full spectrum light bulbs which more closely simulate natural light. They're about $5 a pop, but they work wonders for your mood, reduce eye strain, and last about twice as long as regular bulbs. My depression is more seasonal though, I have no symptoms in the summer.
