Australian mudcatters will have probably heard that accordionist Maity Swallow died a few weeks back. Five weeks before he died we held a concert to honour him, sort of like having his wake before he died. Cobbers (those of us left alive) reformed for the show and we played the old Ian and Sylvia song "Friends of Mine" to Maity who was able to join us on stage but unable to play. Does anyone know who wrote this fine song?
