I think that the Twelfth Fret used to be the North American distributor for these, but I think that they are being sold by some U.S. Stores now. I tried several brands and guages when I first got my banjo a few years ago. I found the Newtones to be the best for the sound that I wanted. I also found them to the longest lasting by quite a bit. I know that my sister likes their guitar strings too. Newtone Strings
