If you'll re-read the thread I think you'll see the "negative" opinions were disclosed FIRST. Since when should anyone thank her for ALLOWING things? That's exactly what she doesn't do. And some of the points Richard makes sound more like legal fact than opinion. He's the one who should get thanked.
