I can't get to my collection right now...all boxed up. But I will submit that ANYTHING said by Calvin to Hobbes is a classic. Also... From either Lucy or Linus..."I love mankind; its people I can't stand." From the Wizard of Id...(from a soldier in a long line) "Are we advancing or retreating?" His buddy responds, "Where is Sir Rodney?" "Out in front." "Then we are retreating." I would also suggest that in addition to "Pogo", "Shoe" is one of the best drawn and politically adroit comics ever produced. Freightdawg
