No its not George Deacon - there is an american academic who claims to own the copyright - he bought it for £5 off someone or other.Clare died in 1864,so ordinarily would be outside copyright.Its a murky situation and I've tangled with this guy.The whole thing is appalling - dont go there! Gordon
