I'm not 'slamming' the site.... It is what it is... nothing more... nothing less... But when it's down for days at a go? When it's running on the best software that 1996 had to offer? When it takes more than a YEAR to recover from a crash? These things speak louder to me than "10 years".... LOTS of web sites are 10 years old.... some are better run than Mudcat... some are not.... 10 years? Ya... remember when we used to have things like streaming 'radio' with vid and chat? When there used to be more than 30 'members' who posted anything worth reading? Back before Mudcat was being run from Max's basement.... What do we have now? Down time, google adds, and a chat room that isn't worth the powder to blow to hell.... Oh... and excuses... lots of excuses.... (Mostly from people who have NOTHING to do with the actual running of the place. Their butt-kissing is pointless and transparant.) You say 10 years? I'd say sure, 10 years of downsizing.... Which is fine. If that's what Max wants the place to be, that's his choice and his choice alone. Can't nobody do it for/with him if he don't want them to.
