adventure Dec. Shanty/Seasonal Song Session (NH) (58* d) RE: Dec. Shanty/Seasonal Song Session (NH) 17 Dec 06

Well, it was sure nice to see the Press Room crew again yesterday. Missed last month due to work, Adventure work, school event and a JR concert in Rockport. Yes Mary...there is another Rockport in Massachusetts. It was a very good session indeed. Nice to see that everyone was in good health and in good voice. We celebrated Christmas yesterday and were a bit late for the session. With this behind us we can look forward to a slower paced weekend ahead of us....right! Just finished an update of our Adventure restoration that will be posted this week...check out the website in a few days www.schooner-adventure.org
Music this coming weekend and New Years for us.
Hope to make Portland in January....it will be a good winter break and well needed.
Mary....we will be expecting the same voyeur to be at the window this year.
Kendall...we are thinking of you. Be well.
Tom and Linn...thanks for a great year of music, fun and friendship.

The doryman and his mate.

By the way...on the way home....the trooper who stopped us had no sense of humor when I showed him the replica of the Lewis and Clark axe that was in the back seat...no sense of humor at all. I finally explained to him that it was an instrument that could be used on a banjo to improve tone quality. We were on our way...with an escort!!!
