I have to say, having spent the last year or so being >actually< nuts, it's nice to get out and do a few clubs now that I'm starting to recover. Mental illness is pretty crappy, but you quickly find out who your friends are. Folk clubs contain some of the most welcoming, understanding people I've ever had the priviledge of meeting. Yes they do all have at least one nutter, but thankfully, quite often it's me. And yes, I do play the spoons. Cheers, Jon
