Hi Bee. I agree with everything you've written. To clarify: when I said that I agreed in principle with public funding for church-based social agencies, I was thinking of those agencies that don't discriminate against clients or preach to them - i.e., that's what I meant by the "great ones". But if the agency is also trying to convert clients, or this funding strategy means that there are insufficient services or insufficient options, then yes, I have a problem with that too. Marion
